I have been reading The Pretty Committee Strikes Back by Lisi Harrison. Massie and her group along with Claires group loses a hiking race while on their field trip to Lake Placid. Her and Derrington plan to kiss but she doesn't want to kiss him in public. Since she will be kissing Derrington and this will be her first kiss, She needs some lessons. Massie makes a deal with Massie that if Claire teaches her how to kiss, Massie will help Claire get back together with Cam. That evening, Claire and Massie meet in the igloo Massie learned to make with Mr. Myner. Claire taught Massie when to know it is the time to kiss. She also answers the things thatMassie is worried about. I think this book will end romantically.

This week i have been reading Twilight and so far I got to the part where Edward has told Bella that he is a vampire. i am reading the book called " Rangers Apprentice" it is actually a really good.Im at chapter 7 and what i've read so far its about a boy named will and he is a orphane,his mother died at childbirth,and and his father died a hero so he is now 12,13, or 15 im not sure.Well anyways it is now his and his orphane friends (his friends are not main characters....im not sure) to be chosen to be a apprentice well when its wills turn...................i cant say any more i'll ruin it haha sorry.I really reccomend this book

The Last Olympian

Dear Mrs.D,
I have just finished reading The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan. I was great book and I loved it. It's about the gods and the Olympians going to war to save Olympus against Kronos and Typhon. But Percy has bigger things to worry about. His 16th birthday is coming soon and the prophecy states that about a 16 year old making a big choice. With a little help from the gods they are soon in big action. Later on in the book Percy finds out that while Luke is hosting Kronos and Percy is fighting Kronos that he is not the child in the prophecy.But that the child id Luke and he knows his "chink" ,or his Achilles's heel, in Kronos's armor.With the help of Percy Luke stabs himself and "kills" Kronos for a while but he ends up dieing too. So Luke ended up dieing a hero and a brave very honored Olympian. Without the help of Luke in the end the olympians wouldn't have saved Olympus.
There was a good bit of vocabulary in this book. There were a few words that gave me trouble. So I just sounded them out and said them as best as I could. The author's choice of words enhanced the story greatly. He used throughout his series not just this book words and names from Greek mythology. It really enhanced the vocabulary because nobody could ever say the name perfectly. Some of those words were Kronos, Typhon, and all the monsters names.
There was a plenty of imagery in this book. there were places in the story that made me see it, hear it, feel it, and smell it. I could see it almost throughout the whole book, it was like as I read it was being played out in a movie in my head. I could see everything from Percy standing at the Empire State building giving orders, to him trusting Luke enough in the end to sacrifice himself for the saving of Olympus. I could hear it when Kronos ahd gotten into Olympus and started to destruct things. I could feel it when Annabeth jumped in front of Percy taking a knife to her arm and feeling so weak but never giving up. Last but not least, I could smell it when the city was in chaos and all the fires were being argued over.
Wow! Where can I start. There was a Humongus amount of feeling in this book. I think the author was trying to keep it at a place where it was bad but you wanted to keep reading and then ending it in something happy and relieful. In the text so many things support my thoughts. When they were fighting was the bad and then the good in the end was that Olympus was saved. I feel that this author could put across just about any message in a book and the reader would know what he meant. That is how i feel about the authors message. The only thing is tha it's different for everyone because everyone see's this story from a different point. As i finished this story I was overwhelmed and speechless. I just loved this story so much.It just left me with nothing else to say but oh my gosh this is such a great book ,not even, its a wonderful the best series I have ever read.
Wow!Once again as in all of the books in this series I have been so amazed by this author. He has put forth so much that it just overwhelms you and you just love it and want to read the books over and over again. I believe that when they say it's the #1 top-seller I would have to agree 110%. This author truly deserves an award for how much description he puts in his books and his persuasion in the beginning and throughout the whole book. Like I said I read The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan.Once again and forever I reccomend this book to everyone and anyone.This book is the best and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I have!

The Pretty Committee Strikes Back

Mrs. Dubnik,
I have just finished Invasion of the Boysnatchers. Now I am on The Pretty Committee Strikes Back. It has been Great so far. It is about the girls from OCD and the boys from Briarwood are going on a field trip in 2 days and they are getting ready. Massie, Alicia, Claire, and Dylan are going shopping while Kristen is still trying every way to pay for it without her friends.

With this being a book about a Clique, the feelings are normally angry at someone. Kristen gets her feelings hurt when Massie jokes about her not being able to pay for the field trip ( Massie was only kidding). Livvy Collins and her 2 friends, Alexandra Reagan and Carrie Randolph are slightly hurt when Massie is rude to them when they tried to ask Alicia about Nina ( Alicia' slug bag of a cousin.

In this book I can imagine a lot thongs inthis book. Massie's teacher Mr. Myner walks up to her when she stops texting. It says "His eyes seemed to look straight into her soul. I imagined a old grumpy teacher starring at Massie with a suspicious evil-eye. The author described Kristen's outfit by saying it was a hot-pink-and-white Puma track jacket.

This book is good so far. I wonder if Kristen wll go on the field trip with everybody else. Also I'm curious to see if Claire will get back with Cam. I hope Massie will kiss Derrington on the field trip. I can't wait to see how wild the drama will go.

Twilight

This week i have been reading Twilight by Stephnie Meyer. So far i have loved the book. I am to the point that I cant pit it down. In Twilight Bella has almost died and has almost been attcked by a gang. Both times Edward Cullen (ewwww) has saved her. Also she has been to the beach where she hangs out with Jacob Black and he has told her all about the history of his hometown and the Cullens. So now Bella is tring figure out what Edward is because she knows that he is not human.

Every Soul a Star By: Wendy Mass

Dear Mrs.Dubnik,
I am reading Every Soul a Star By: Wendy Mass. The characters are Ally, Bree, and Jack. Ally and Bree just met and because they met they became friends. Ally and Bree are very different characters but they are really doing a very good job at bonding together. The only reason they are bonding is because they are coming up with a plan so Ally's family can stay and Bree's family can go home. Jack hasn't met any of them but i think they will end up meeting. Since the beginning they have really grow but i think Jack has grown the most because he met this woman and thought because she is old she is annoying but he found out that she really is a great person.
In the part of the book I am in the author just used imagery. He used it to describe Jack's dream. He used words like the juicy hot dog that's a red pink. He has used other describing words too. This is like the third time the author has used imagery.
So far this book is better than a lot of the other books I have read in the past. I think you should read it. You would love it, it is a fantastic book to read and enjoyable.

Super Bowl Super Teams

Dear Mrs. Dubnik,
I read Super Bowl Super Teams. It's by Jim Giglition and it is about football.
There are many facts I enjoyed learning about in this book. One of the facts I enjoyed learning about is that they are only 28 teams that made it to all time Super Bowl standing (pg 32). Another fact that I found interesting is that Jostens Inc make all the football rings and the rings usually cost $5000 to make (pg 31). The last fact I found interesting is that the Peat Rozelle Trophy is given to the most valuable player in the Super Bowl. One of the people who earned it is Dallas Cowboy linebacker Chuck Howley (pg 31).
There are many pictures that helped me to understand the text better. One of the pictures that helped me is the picture of the Super Bowl ring, by looking at it you can tell it is expensive (pg 31). Another picture that helped me is the picture of the trophy. It tells you that teams want to win so they can receive it (pg 17). Also, on page 28 it shows that this sport can be competitive.
This book is very interesting. I would love to read more on this topic because it is my favorite sport . This book was just right for me . I would recommend this book to others.

Invasion Of The Boysnatchers

I'm in the middle of reading of another Clique book (#4). It is the Invasion of the Boysnatchers and it is written by Lisi Harrison, an author and a TV director. It is about Massie, Claire, and Alicia getting jealous of Alicia's cousin, Nina, who has come from Spain to spend 2nd semester at OCD (Octavian Country Day school). However, Nina has gotten all of the Briarwood boys starring blankly at her (even Cam and Derrington). Will Massie and her friends find a date to the Love Struck Valentines Day dance or will they dance on their own?

I have many questions about Invasion of the Boysnathcers. One question I have is, "Are Massie, Claire, Alicia, Kristen, and Dylan going to find a date even though it's too late?".Another question is " Why did Cam and Derrington run from Massie and Claire. I wonder if Kristen will grow her hair back out after the tragic hair cut her mom forced her into. Will Alicia choose her cousin Nina over her friends? Will Claire get her first kiss from Cam? Will Dylan loose weight and get rid of her nasty cold or will it keep getting worse? If Nina moves back to Spain, I wonder if it's because of Massie or someone else in the Clique.

Some connections I have are when Claire fusses because Massie took too long in the shower, it reminds me of when my sister fusses when I spend too long in the shower. Another connection is When Massie and Claire got mad at Todd when he played his annoying tuba in the car. My sister got mad when I used to play my old violin in the car. Also Massie saw Kristen sitting down at the soccer game. She was sitting in front of a redneck who was drinking beer and screaming. It jogs my memories to when I was at a Clemson game and there were 4 rednecks behind me drinking and screaming.

This has been an enjoyable book. My favorite part was when Claire found out she was moving to Chicago but then found out she was still going to live at Massie's house. This book is filled with all different kinds of drama. I recommend this book to anyone who likes girl drama.

A Wrinkle In Time

I have just finished reading A Wrinkle In Time by Madeleine L'Engle. It is a book about a family that has had a missing father for quite a while. They finally find out that they have new neighbor. Then the story goes on from there for the kids to find out what has happened to their father. The neighbors are known as, for short the Mrs.W's. The kids "tesser" with the Mrs.W's and go to many places outside their galaxy and finally land on a "dark planet" called Camazotz. For them to soon find out that al of the people their are under one mind, the mind of this so called IT. Everyone there says it as if IT is so very bad. Soon the youngest, Charles Wallace, is put under the mind of it too. Only soon after do they rescue their father and land a new unusual planet without Charles Wallace. The sister, Meg, is almost paralyzed by the black thing that is shadowing over different galaxies and planets when they meet Aunt Beast on the new planet of Ixchel. Soon after Father, Meg, and Calvin (a neighbor from Earth as well) are fed and Meg recovers Meg goes back to Camazotz not only to find out what she ahs that IT doesn't but to save her beloved little brother Charle Wallace. She travels with 1 of the Mrs.W's and soon finds that she has love and it doesn't and soo she rescues Charles Wallace and they return to Earth.Then her father and mother reunite and the whole family is happy to have Father back.
In this book there was a plenty of vocabulary.There were even some words that troubled me a little. Some of the words I was troubled with were Ixchel, Camazotz, at first tesseract.

I could almost see the whole book being played out like a movie in my head as I read it. there were even places in the book where i could see it, hear it, feel it, taste it, and smell it. I could see everything in the book from them just meeting the Mrs.W's to in the end feeling like they have known them forever.I could hear and feel the pounding of IT in Meg, Father, Calvin, and Charles Wallace. I could taste it when Charles Wallace was eating after he had been hypnotized and it tasted like sand. Also I could smell it when they werewatchingthe balckthing high in the air and you hadto smell these flowers to breathe.
So by the end of this book I felt so awesome and I loved this book it wasthe best book ever.The way the authorworded it the way she did everything just tied in and made it a very good book. Also this book has a John Newberry medal! Like I said before and I suggest this very strongly to evryone so don,t forget that it is called A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle. This book truly deserves its medal and I very much agree as to why it got it.

Revenge of the Wannabes by Lisi Harrison

I have been reading a Clique book called the Revenge of the Wannabes by Lisi Harrison. It is the third book in that series. It is about a girl named Alicia Rivera and her friend Olivia Ryan ( who later becomes Faux- livia) who go to Teen Magazine company because they win a uniform design contest. The girls supposedly go for an interview but leave with modeling jobs. When Massie Block, Kristen Gregory, Dylan Marvil, and Claire Lyons find out, they are FURIOUS!!! When they are done, they go to a Beyonce concert. Massie and Claire are jealous of Olivia and Alicia so they decide to mess with them. The next day they go to the Briarwood soccer game and with Derrik Harrington, they win. Alicia made a deal with Cam Fisher that if he got his brother Harris Fisher to invite her to the Strokes concert with him (which Alicia gave him the tickets for), that she would ask Claire Lyons out for Cam. This has been a great book so far. I can't wait to finish it. :)

Dear Mrs.Dubnik,
HI, I have read on and there are lots of things in this book that have been going on. They have just killed the man shape shifter thing that turns into a big huge giant grizzly bear. It was so good i think you might need to read it.
There are four main characters so far and fifty of them vanished and went on with there lives. But anyways the things that i have read sense the last i wrote to you is that Buffy,Xander,Willow and Giles are the four main characters so far.But right after they killed the grizzly bear, Giles the school librarian told Buffy that there is something bad that is goin to happen he knows what it is called but he doesn't know what is going to happen.
I think i would hate to have Buffys life cause she is always gone never see's he her mom or her friends at all.But I'm not all that sure what the author was trying to say about the book.
I loved the book so much so i recomend that you or someone elts read it. I hope that when you get the chance to read my book

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (fiction)

Dear Mrs.Dubnik

I have been reading a book about a vamire slayer, it is great. Buffy just finshed vanishing werecoyotes (shape shifters). She had to vanish that and a great huge grizzly baer that was man that rose from the dead. The great maned grizzly bear captured all those people and turned them into shape shifters and they ended up as the werecoyotes and were his slaves that had to follow his rules and obey him. I felt terrible for those pour people had to suffer that forever but not when Buffy arrived she didn't think those people were all the way human so... she tracked her friends down and saw them at the cemetary about to be killed by all the werecoyotes and the great grizzly man the rose from the dead but when Buffy showed up he was going to go right back to were he came from the ground. Her friends looked up and saw her doing flips and smashed the nife into his heart.

I have just finished the book "The Youngest Templar Keeper of the Grail" and it was awsome i strongly recomend you to read it.I have a summery of it, it was about a boy who grew up in a monestary like building and he has been working on the felds after all it is 1109's and one day he comes across some knights who need to rest at the monestary and during the night he makes a new enemy sir Hugh a corrupt knight who got to his rank (lieutenant) by favors and promise's and later the leader of the knighs ask him to be a squire for him and then so on thats all your getting untill you read it after all that is just the prologe.

I just finished reading 42 Miles by Tracie Vaughn Zimmer. This book is about a girl named JoEllen. Her parents separated when she was still in diapers.Her Mom lives in the city,her Dad in the country.When with her Mom and school and stuff she is known as Ellen.When with her Dad in the countryside and cousina and family she is known as Joey.In the book she tells about her 2 different lives and how she just wishes they would combine and she could be one person again.She soon changes everything to how she wants and when she turns 13 she has what she mostly wanted ... 1 birthday party.She also tells about what she wishes to do when she accomplishes her goal and once she dreams you cannot stop JoEllen.
In this book there is a lot of imagery.There were so many times where i could just see it, hear it, feel it, taste it, and smell it. I could see her cooking meals and getting everything just how she wanted it.I could hear her cousin Hayden playing the guitar along side her Dad playing her Papa's banjo.I could feel her dreaming and how it grew into being her real life.I could also taste and smell all the food recipes they made upand then ate. Finally I could smell the funnel cake and hot dogs at the county fair.
There are many feelings in this book.I think the author is trying to tell a story about a girl with two lives and how she finally gets her confidence and gets the life she wants.In the text it tells about all her dreams and how she just wants one life and she finally gets it.I feel that the authors message came across clear and possibly could be a persons true story.As I finished the book i was happy and encouraged. i was happy that JoEllen had gotten her confidence and got the kind of life she could enjoy and she definetly wanted.
By the time I finished this book I was satisfied. this very well could be a true story. If it isn't than the author made it come across as if you were JoEllen.I am always looking for a positive ending and this was one.But like most books it makes me want to read more by that author. Once again I read 42 miles by Tracie Vaughn Zimmer.

Im reading the book Absolutely Normal Chaos. What is happening in my book is...right now Mary Lou is at the park with Alex Cheevey. Mary Lou is in love with him soooo much that it's not even funny! Mary Lou is so excited because Alex Cheevey just asked her to be his bff and she said yes. Goosebumps:Monster Blood

Dear Mrs. Dubnik,
This week I have been reading Goosebumps:Monster Blood by R.L. Stine. I havent finished the book yet but currently in the book two freinds named Evan and Andy (Andy is a girl but her freinds call her Andy). Evan is visiting his CREEPY great aunt Katheryn. Evan and Andy go down to the old toy shop in town and find a can of "monster blood" in the back. The old man running the old shop says that it was no good. But Evan begs and begs until he gets him to sell it to him. And now in the book the blood is growing! And Evan is worried about his dog Trigger because he had swallowed some of it. Violet is the oldest she is 14 and loves inventing, Clause is 12 he loves reading about wolves, and Sunny is the youngest only about 2 years old she loves biting hard things.

I am reading The Leanin' Dog by K.A. Nuzum. Throughout the book you only meet three characters that are the main characters. They are Dessa Dean, her father, and the Leanin' Dog. Throughout the book the Leanin' Dog really grows on both Dessa Dean and her father. Also they both grow on the Leanin' Dog. At first her father didn't like the Leanin' dog and she didn't like her but they ended up to be a big family. They end up happy. Also the dogs name really is the Leanin' Dog.

I have now started reading Eclipse,from the Twilight saga.I like it alot. As I've been reading the books I've noticed how they differ from the Twilight movies.Eclipse is so far, my very favorite Twilight book.I think Stephenie Meyer is a very talented writer,but not the very best! But I still enjoy reading her books.
As I read more of the Twilight books,I understand the vocabulary,more.One word I came to that was challenging was the word epathany. I looked it up to find out that it means 'a sudden smart or good thought.
I'm really enjoying the Twilight saga,its fun to read! I cant wait to finsh the series!

The main characters are Massie, Kristen, Dylan, Alicia, and Claire. A girl in Massie's class tries to throw a boy-girl party. Massie finds out about it and throws her own party. Massie, Kristen, Dylan, and Alicia are bullying Claire ( the new girl that lives in Massie's guesthouse) and thinks she's a total loser. Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Titans Curse

Dear Mrs. Dubnik,
I am reading The Titans Curse off of the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan. I just started reading the book yesturday after finishing the book Sea Of Monsters. I'm at the beginning part where Thalia, Annabeth, and Percy are at the new boarding school. To me it was a real shock at the end of book 2 where the fleece's magic worked to bring the tree alive and Thalia. I wonder what the big shock of The Titans Curse will be!

One big major thing that I think the author describes so far in the book is the characters. He describes how they feel. Strting with Thalia, she seems a little bit scared, and nervous. She also seems to get an attitude when Percy asks her questions that are questions that Thalia do not want to answer. Annabeth is just trying to keep everything calm. She says to Percy's mom that she will keep everything under controll. Maybe she is hoping or worrying that nothing bad happens at the new boarding school that her and her friends are attending. For Percy, I'm positive that he is tired of going from school to school every time monsters or enemys come to his school. Honestly I think Percy is a little mad!

I think that the titan is Kronos. It was a real shock that Kronos is Chiron's father! I wonder how Percy and his friends will meet him, if they do. Kronos is very cruel I hope nothing bad happens to him! Who knows maybe Luke will be in the story as well. I can't wait to finish the book!

I am reading It's Not Always Easy Being Mean. Written by Lisi Harrison. This book has five main characters named Massie, Claire, Alicia, Kristen, and Dylan. It is about all five girls going on a quest to find a key to a mysterious room that the have heard rumors about. The whole story began because five years ago a girl that wasen't very popular found a key that unlocked a forgotten room in there school then she invited some boys over and suddenly she became the new alpha ( cool girl ). A year later she gave it to the coolest girl she knew and it goes on and on. Now five years later Skey Hammilton is passing on the key to a new eighth grade alpha. When the five girls recive infromation that the have been choosen. They soon find that it is a compotion to see what girls can find the key first. Will they win? Or will they be LBR's ( losers beyond repair ) for good?.
The main characters are Massie Block, Claire Lyons, Alicia Rivera, Dylan Marvil, and Kristen. Massie is very stylish and confident. In this book she does not let any one in her way. Claire is very shy and sweet. She kind of stands by and lets Massie do the work. Alicia is very girly and confident. She in the book always complains about running. Dylan is very strong but she is not very confident. She always says in the book that she is fat. Kristen is very sporty and she is very confident. She is the one that plays soccer in the book.

The book I am reading so far is The War Of The Worlds.

It is about a scientist that discovers these weird cylinders falling from outer space. But nobody is paying any attention to them. the charecters is the scientist, the curate, the scientists brother, and the artillery man. A few days after the cylinders fall the start to transform into these outer space robots. They destroy everything in their path while they march to London.

The main characters in my book was Klaus, Violet, Sunny, Count Olaf, and Uncle Monty. Klaus was the second bauldulaire. He was static and round. Violet was the oldest Bauldulaire. She dyamic and round. Sunny was the youngest bauldulaire. She is round and static. Count Olaf was the evil one. He was static and round. Lastly, Uncle Monty was the three bauldulaire's uncle. He was static and round.

The settings in the book were Uncle Monty's house. Inside were the reptile room where the snakes were.

I have been reading the book " Coffeehouse Angel" by Suzanne Selfors. In this story so far, a girl named Katrina is working in a place called " Coffeehouse". Katrina was going to take out the garbage when she sees a homeless guy behind the shop. She gets so scared, but, Katrina calms herself and leaves a cup of coffee and pastries for the man. She calls up a friend, but, when they check again he is gone along with the snack. The craziest thing of all is that when she was waving goodbye to her friend, the empty Styrofoam cup stopped at her feet!!

She gets so upset even though she gets the best gifts, especially from her father which is a piano!! I have been reading the book "Secrets, Lies, and Algebra" by Wendy Lichtman. In this book, so far, I have read about a young girl named Tess in the eighth grade who's favorite class is Algebra because there does not have to be one solution to every problem. Tess has heard about the death of a woman who is Rob's (an art teacher's) wife. The woman was said killed of suicide by sitting in a car,doors locked, smelling the fumes of carbon monoxide. Her mother says Rob has been acting strange ever since and told her mother about how before she died, she said she was cold and grabbed slippers to wear and commited suicide. Tess feels it might have been murder along with her mother.

I have been reading "Breaking Dawn" by Stephanie Meyer. In this book Bella so far has been turned into a vampire and feels more comfortable than she thought she would be. Bella has ice cold skin, fiery red eyes and many other features. The most different feature, even for a newborn vampire, is Bella has so much self-control than the others she is with. Also Bella's baby Renesmee is half human and half vampire!! She has warm skin, grows faster than normal babies, sleeps, and can eat on human food and blood!! I have been truly enjoying this book and can not wait to finish!!

Hello, I love new Moon it rocks. The movie will be disappointing though. You know with the acting, lack of details, and fake magic. When we read the book we all can picture the story how we want. The author catches you. New moon is about Edward leaving Bella, because he thinks he is a threat to her. During his absents she meets Jacob black. He is a werewolf. When Bella dives of a cliff for fun. Alice gets her vision and tells Edward that Bella is dead. Now Bella and Alice race to Volterra, Italy and try to save Edward. In the end Bella has to become vampire and they vote. Edward will do it if Bella marries him. she says yes and they end the book.

I have finished the book "Eclipse" and I am ready to read "Breaking Dawn". In "Eclipse" Edward and Bella are going to get married and have everything planned that I will explain to you. Bella's wedding ring belonged to Edwards mother and is covered with many sparkling diamonds. The wedding dress was covered in lace and was an old fashioned dress made by Alice, Edwards adopted sister. The wedding is also going to be arranged by Alice and is going to be truly and specificly right for Bella. This was Edwards command before she was turned into a vampire and so it will be granted. I think this is right for Bella even though she does not feel right getting married.

I luv max. She is a hybrid. She has 13 foot wings. James Patterson rocks. He can catch you from 50 feet away!! Max is in luv with her "brother" Fang. They visit Max's mom in new Mexico. She is doing air shows for her mom. She gets shot in the arm and cant fly for a whole week!This is her worst nightmare. I have read mostly about Jasper's and Rosalie's life when they were human!! Jasper was in the army and got transformed by a girl vampire. He helped her create a vampire army and then left to go find wonders he has never dreamed about. Soon he found Alice and was brought to join their adopted family. Rosalie was the most beautiful still as a human and all she wanted was to have pretty dresses and have a dream wedding with the most wonderful person she ever met. Eventually she wanted to have a child. Once her husband left her in the streets she was dying but, eventually saved by being turned into a vampire by Carslie.

I have been reading New Moon by Stephenie Meyer!! I think this book has a lot to do with depression and a heartbreak. In the beginning Edward Cullen the love of Bella's life leaves her because he thinks he hurts her in many physical and emotional ways. This is because when Edwards family threw a surprise party and Bella got a paper cut. I can already see what you are thinking!! A paper cut? Jasper (Edwards adopted brother) can't control himself over the smell of blood!! After Bella's blood dripped to the ground Jasper jumped towards her!! Luckily Edward pushed her out of the way but she got a huge cut!! I think he feels that he can't keep going against his own adopted family for his love. Bella is in a huge depression since his absence!!

This book is really,really, really ggggggggooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooodddddd! This girl named Grace lives in the dust bowl. She and her ma, pa, and sis Ruth are having trouble with their farm. One day her bestest friend ever moves to go to California.Now she thinks life stinks. She winds up working in a hospital for the summer break. Ruth's best friend is Hannah. When Grace goes to the hospital one day to help people with dust pneumonia , she sees little Hannah on the bed. When she tells Ruth, Ruth cries. Finally they heard the news that Hannah had died!! The rest of the book mentions that she will never ever leave the Texas panhandle. I have finished the wonderful book Twilight by Stephenie Meyer!! In the end Bella was in the hospital from the challenging hungered James. Bella had broken her leg,broke a couple of ribs, and lost some blood from her head. She even got bitten by James and Edward had to save her!! Edward feels she got hurt because of him but, Bella feels he saved her before the venom spread. Edward said he was so sorry and he loved her. Bella loves him much too but, she got upset when he started totalk about leaving. There is always one thing she could never forget: She was unconditionaly, irrevecably in love with him!!

I'm reading this collection of scary stories.the last story[my favorite one] a boy moved into the farmland with his grandma.His grandpa mysteriously died......[went missing],so he lives there now to comfort his grandma. One he meets this strangely perfect apple tree orchard. He tries to pick one,but a man who owns the farm chases him away with a gun!!YIKES!!!!!The man comes and yells at his grandma,about how the boy was in his yard. The boy plots revenge by eating some of the man's apples.He thought he was sneaky,so in the morning he woke up and there were seeds in his throat!!!!And soon he ran to get the old man with the shot gun.As he is walking to see him he sees these trees with faces!!!Now he under stands that those apples were poisoned!!!! Before he turned into a tree he saw his grandfather's face on a tree.

I finished The Awakening. Now on the adventure of The Struggle, The 2nd book in the Vampire Diaries. Okay, so what's happened so far in the 2nd book is that they have learned that Damon loves Elena (WELL, DUH!) and he threatened Stefan for her. Stefan wouldn't let her go. So Damon trapped him in a well and sucked his blood and made it look like he ran away from a crime that happened at the school. And Stefan sucked Elena's blood for energy. And she went home nd is writing in her new diary, because her last one was stolen. But Where is Damon, lately, she asks. I can't wait to tell you what happens next

This book I'm reading is called "The Shattering". The owl series I talked about earlier, well this is the 3rd book. Soren has moved into the great tree and has meet new owls. His sister Eglantine has been having these dreams of her house, that is the effect of shattering. She is having visions about things, bad things. She wants to travel into the dangerous land. Will Soren save her?

The Story of the Dachshund

The story of the dachshund is a non-fiction book about well dachshunds. The book has many examples of how to take care of dachshunds. For one example if you have a long haired dachshund you need to brush it and give them a bath three to four times a month. Many dachshunds love to dig and go hunt inside small holes the author also says that if you go outside into your backyard and not find your dachshund it is probably inside a hole searching for something. Dachshunds are very fast dogs and love to be played with from time to time. They can also be very ferocious when they are played with. Although they may be small they are still very strong and fast animals. I would recommend this book for anyone who loves dogs, loves to read about dogs, new owners of a dachshund, and owners who need help training or help with their dachshund.

Max is a teenager who is a bird hybrid. She has 30ft. wings. She is being chased by Erasers they are wolf men or in this book robots. Max and her 5 friends are on the run. The Erasers are trying to take them back to the School.Max has a computer chip in her arm that she thinks is a tracking device. She also has a voice inside her head that tells her things, but she doesn't like it.

The Vampire Diaries: The Awakening

The only reason I didn't finish this yet is because I didn't read during break. Okay, so we have been through this. The girl is Elena, she is the main character, she is extremely beautiful, and she finally got to Stefan :D Finally! Stefan is a vampire who is in love with Elena and hunts animals. He is also scared that he is gonna accidentally kill Elena. Damon is Stefan's brother who wants to ruin Stefan's life and he is in love with Elena and will kill for her. The newest thing that has happened is that during the Haunted House for their school, Mr. Tanner, a teacher, got killed and his neck is ripped up. Tyler, a boy who got beat up by Stefan for hurting Elena, says that the mystery boy, Stefan, was the killer. Elena to check on Stefan because Matt, her ex-boyfriend, helped her get him out. She sees Stefan, on top of an animal covered in blood
